Resilient Management is in search of a Chief of Staff who succeeds at facilitating our grand and global impact-driven vision. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of staff works behind-the-scenes to ensure the smooth flow and operation of a complex, high-energy, fast-growth company. Day-to-day tasks change constantly and the ability to adapt flexibly is a must. You will work independently, need to be resourceful, well-organized and be able to follow through on tasks without being prompted. There is no job too big or small when being the right-hand to the CEO. Key elements will include organizing teams and leaders to develop strategic plans, project management, recruiting strategies and managing an extensive network of global influencers.

About You
As the right person for this role you have a solid understanding of business, a passion for the greater good, you play BIG, and operate fearlessly.  You are also driven, highly creative, exceedingly organized, and are an inspirational and motivated leader.

You will work with an entrepreneur, leader and innovator with a passion for business, science, and adventure. After leaving school at 14 and early success in sales, he started his own company at 19. From a $500 credit card, he grew the firm to 5M in annual sales in less than 5 years. A decade later the firm had 120 global staff. In 2005, he was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer for which there was no treatment, cure or survivors past a few years. He traveled the world in pursuit of a cure and building a team of top researchers and clinicians from universities, such as Yale, Stanford and Harvard, he formed the TLC Foundation. They explored the cutting edge of mind-body and alternative medicine, including the emerging field of Psychoneuroimmunology and he focused on finding a solution through mastering health, the inner journey, and living a life of epic joy. He also dedicated his life to serving others. Steve has recently finished a book about his journey and is back, driving with passion and purpose, focused on developing a global group of companies that enhance the way people experience and enjoy their lives.

Our Portfolio
Our business operations and projects currently include;
  • Two consumer beverage companies. The first is revolutionizing how people consciously relax. Using plants as medicine, we have created a drink that noticeably promotes a clear mind and supports a peaceful way of being. The second beverage business helps to replace harmful opiate based pain killers and end the addiction and overdose epidemic. We have taken an active role in global politics and driving legislation to liberate plant medicine.
  • Evolve Biologix is an exciting new, privately funded, tech startup in the health and wellness space. Our connected wearable device tracks signals of the heart and translates them to insightful and actionable user focused metrics to help people manage stress, anxiety, and more.   • A non-profit foundation that has bought together the worlds leading scientists in the fields of immunology, oncology and psychology to develop and execute a world leading study that will undeniably demonstrate the iniquitousness and accessibility of our natural healing abilities, ushering in a new age of medicine.
  • A community based restaurant that heals and educates the masses through plant-based food, relaxing botanical drinks and meaningful community events. 
  • You are able to keep up with a very fast pace and stay in flow – you think fast, talk fast, learn fast and move fast
  • You are inspirational and have a knack for getting people on board with your ideas.
  • 5+ years management and leadership experience - vision communication, performance coaching, onboarding and restructuring, with talent at director, executive and board levels.
  • 5+ years operational leadership – process, strategy, KPI’s, talent management.
  • You are well educated and have a passion for continual learning.
  • History of working with high performance leaders in operations, recruiting, chief of staff and/or high level executive assistant roles with innovative driven leaders.
  • You are positive and optimistic, people know you as loving and bright and they like to be around you. You know business and can be taken seriously, but have fun even in high stress situations.
