Professional Cleaner / Personal Assistant Wanted for Full time Vancouver Penthouse Rental Company 
You will be working largely for a high-net worth entrepreneur who leads a visionary portfolio of companies with an often fast-paced lifestyle. Their knowledge and interests range through health and wellness. They occupy 1 condo with stunning views on Beach Avenue in Downtown Vancouver, and they have 2 penthouse rentals in the beautiful downtown Crosstown-Chinatown area that are run by a separate property manager.
You will be working full-time as a professional housecleaner with also some responsibility for administrative assistant work at both their home and the 2 rentals they advertise and book through Airbnb and VRBO. Hours will generally be during day but will require some flexibility for last minute check ins. You timing and hours will be mostly independent and yours to set, as long as responsibilities are met.
-Cleaning two 1500 square foot apartments twice weekly (approximately 4 cleans a week although sometimes more)
-Maintain facilities – Plants, cleaning supplies, hot tubs, fireplace/BBQ, changing lights
-Checking in and checking out short term rental guests
-Inspecting apartments after guests visits for damage, documenting and contacting Airbandb/VRBO to report and receive credits
-Answering guest questions from time to time on apartment operation
-Tracking issues needing repair and arranging repair with handyman
Personal Assistant Tasks
-2 days a week you will be at your clients’ residence (Downtown Beach Avenue) to help with cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping
-Occasionally you may be responsible for assisting with packing for business trips, boating/or camping trips
-You may also be asked to conduct various shopping activities, or booking appointments or reservations from time to time
-During the summer you may be asked to assist to clean the boat at the marina outside the office
-Once per week you will clean the office of your client which is across the street from the residence. This will include basic cleaning, garbage removal, kitchen etc.

-Detail oriented
-Clear on your goals with a stable life
You have:
-Multiple years professional cleaning experience
-Solid references that can attest to your reliability and professionalism
-Experience in high end homes and working with the expectations of high net worth individuals
-Positive experience as a person assistant including making deliveries and errands, packing,
-No criminal record (open to a CRC)
Ideal additional experience:
  • Basic event management to the extend of party set up and take down
  • Positive and healthy cooking skills or a willingness to learn. Vegan culinary experience a plus
  • Professional rental management
  • You drive and either have a car or are able to rent a temporary car to run errands as required
  • Have experience with simple repairs or managing a handyman to fix simple issues and tasks.  
  • Hot tub/Jacuzzi maintenance
  • Bi-lingual/ multilingual 
This role is full time salary. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be subject to occasional bonuses based on performance. Residency sponsorship possibilities available.
