Executive Assistant (Full-Time)
 
Leaders can only thrive when supported by the finest of people. Resilient Management is in search of a supportive and highly organized multi-tasker to be our Executive Assistant to our Leadership group. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant works behind-the-scenes in order to ensure smooth flow and support the demands of a high-energy company.
 
The Executive Assistant manages the everyday and business life of our CEO by offering constant support. Day-to-day tasks tend to change constantly and the ability to flexibly adapt to a fast-paced environment is key. You will work independently, need to be resourceful, well-organized and be able to follow through on tasks without being prompted. There is no job too big or small when being the second-hand of our Executive Team.
 
Core Responsibilities
  • Strategically managing a highly dynamic calendar - you know where the highest value for the CEO at all times and utilizes the calendar as a tool to achieve this
  • You are the point person - Liaise with executives within the organization to preload on meetings and support in the achievement of their objectives
  • Maintain and expand a high social capital network for the CEO - track connections, send engaging follow-ups and find creative ways to connect with leading minds in the world
  • Oversees the Executive Office team (which may include PA’s, junior EA’s, etc) on duties such as coordinating travel, organizing events, overseeing renovations, personal errands, meal arrangements, etc
  • Special projects in non-profit, quantified consciousness, biometrics, and wellness
  • Travelling as required (or desired) - accompany the executives to some the world’s most beautiful places!
  • Assisting in preparation and collection of work such as agendas, presentations and other materials to be relied upon by the CEO in a visually easy-to-consume format
  • Managing personal financial staff, facilitating investments and other administrative duties which may include legal oversight
  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature in a professional and discrete manner  
  • Manages the executive office inbox as the CEO
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with a fast-paced, results-oriented CEO
  • Flexibility in availability and work hours
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel
  • Self-motivated - able to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and multi-task various priorities
  • High energy and positive attitude
