Office Clerk / Administrator (Full-Time)
 
Great leaders don’t accomplish goals simply alone. Supporters and team players are the shining stars in making things happen. Resilient Management is in search for a resourceful and hard-working Office Clerk to join our Vancouver team. While working under the supervision of our Controller, the Office Clerk is expected to support the Finance Team in accounting-related tasks and challenges.
 
Core Responsibilities
  • Organizing general Finance task-list, including emails, online filing systems and invoices
  • Managing and processing vendor payments, sales and bank transactions in QuickBooks
  • Completing data-entry (i.e. hours) in the payroll system
  • Providing daily bank account balance summaries
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Filing GST online
  • Scanning invoices and printing cheques
  • Filing and Organizing files up-to-date
  • Completing Bank Runs
  • Organizing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Willing to complete other ad-hoc duties
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • +1 year of experience in basic accounting knowledge and in an administrative role  
  • Excellent in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
