You are a natural leader who listens and analyzes a complex web of problems with a precision for detail and a heart full of passion. You will have a seat at the table with the Executive Team and report under the CEO as the right-hand person.

Resilient Management is in search of a dedicated and success-oriented individual to represent us as our strategic CFO. As CFO, you will have multiple hats you wear on a regular basis while hustling under pressure. You continuously push the edge on the profitability of our key brands while working closely with different departments including the Finance Team and Operations Team. Your role entails growing a variety of consumer good businesses, actively participate in the execution of the overall financial strategies of the company and maintaining relationships with teams and external influencers to ensure quality deliverables and proper information flow.

  • Participating in the development of growth for many of our consumer packaged goods, in both Canada and the US.
  • Advising on the marketing and consumer strategies and open retail channels for these consumer packaged goods
  • Advise Executive team on business scenarios that encounters with international tax structuring
  • Prepare budget/forecast as well as scenario-based models with the Controller
  • Liaise with overseas manufacturing plant and improve supply chain alongside our Operations team
  • Evaluation of expenditures; cash flow operations; financial planning; budgeting and forecasting
  • Networking with industry professionals; contributing to marketing plans and materials, including for internal, print and online communications; analysis of client profitability; enhancing the firm’s visibility through business development
  • Exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
  • Strategize, grow and delegate key initiatives to our growing team - planning for continual improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as providing professional and personal growth opportunities to our employees

  • Ideally a BA in Business Administration or any other related fields
  • CA, CPA - Accounting formal designation required
  • Legal Background - high knowledge in international tax structures
  • 5+ Experience in an Executive Leadership capacity
  • Experience in Consumer Products business with manufacturing supply chain operations
  • Have worked and dealt with the US market on a high strategic level
  • Experience in product oriented e-commerce businesses in terms of finance and operations
  • Strong analytical skills to develop quality and cycle time performance indicators while working under pressure
  • A positive, entrepreneurial and tenacious personality
